Each home we construct is uniquely designed to meet the client’s specific style, preferences and budget. Every Kik Home is crafted according to the distinct requirements of each client.
The cost of building your home depends on four main factors: the size, complexity of the design, chosen inclusions, and the land characteristics. We can provide you with a price guide only after considering all these variables.
Every builder in Victoria is required by law to supply a Warranty Insurance Certificate. This insurance covers the structural elements of your home for 6 years and the non-structural elements for 2 years, starting from the day your occupancy certificate is issued.
Additionally, Kik Homes provides a 90-day maintenance period during which we address any minor issues with the home after you move in.
